I was struggling a tiny bit to carry something awkward and heavy and Abby said "I'll help you mom, I have protein!"

We were making up Abby's chore chart, and Abby picked "Keep hands to self" as one of her tasks. A little while later as she was playing with Lochlan, she was being a little aggressive and was hanging on to him and leading him (pushing him) and I told her to not do that....and also reminded her about her chart. She immediately went over to her chart, picked the keep hands to self magnet off and said, "I don't want to keep my hands to myself."  A few more minutes passed, she was once again doing something similiar with Lochlan and again, I told her to stop. She said: "mom, mom, mom, it's okay. It's not on my chore chart!"

Bum

Lochlan was standing on a chair yesterday while eating lunch and I kept telling him to sit down. Abby said, "yeah Lochlan, that's why God gave you a bum!"

No show!

The other day Abby lost her TV privileges.She brought me a Dora video and said "mom, can I watch this?" I told her "no, you don't get to watch any shows today." And she goes: "mom, mom, mom, mom, I'm not saying a show, I'm saying a movie! Okay?" I explained it was the same thing and then she said, "but mom, you're really hurting my feelings."

Seriously, now.

Boobies

I had just gotten out of the shower, had my towel wrapped around me and was in Abby's room getting something for her when she said, "Mom, you can get dressed in here if you want. I won't say boobies. I won't. I promise, k?"

Oh how I love Abby.

Yesterday I loved hearing her say "One, Two, Three, Four, Five....GEORGE!" and then running and jumping on Rob. It was too cute to correct her. (Charge!)
